The Vendor Client Relationship
If you provide any kind of service I’m sure you’ve come up against this sort of thing many times. I think people in creative fields are particularly prone to dealing with this kind of client because there is assumption that we love our work so much we can do it for free. No need to worry about paying a mortgage or feeding yourself as long as you enjoy the work.

LOL I LOVE it! So true…
Saw this awhile back! It is so true and so very annoying when it happens!!
Nina and Katie, as Homer says “it’s funny cos it’s true” : )
That is so very true, Too many “budget” clients want everything for free, tons of changes, because they can’t make their mind. Plus they want a Social Media Solution for a 1 page HTML website price! Its just like comparing an old Ford truck to a brand new Mercedes, lol
sad but true video.
These are the types of customers to let go of or walk away from.
obviously none of the people depicted understand business nor truly respect the value of the work created.
letting go of clients is painful yet truly necessary.
once you cut prices you cut value and undermine yourself and your work
Absolutely agree Alan and it’s the hardest part of working for yourself, but it has to be done.
I thought that this was HILARIOUS! I shared it with some friends that I knew would appreciate the all too true humor!
