Bob Staake Creates An Illustration In Photoshop 3

Posted: February 5th, 2010 | Author: jennyrusks

I came across this via Delvin Donnelly‘s twitter stream and absolutely loved it. The video show illustrator Bob Staake creating an illustration in Photoshop. What’s so amazing about that? Well,

1. Most of the illustration is created using the marquee tools and filling them with colour

2. He’s using Photoshop 3, which for some people would be the equivalent of writing with a quill pen and ink

3. He makes it look easy, which of course is a testament to his skill as an illustrator.

I even like the music :-)

Have you seen any other good videos of illustrators at work? Please share.
