Hello again!
Hi there! Things have been a mixture of extremely hectic and very relaxed here at Laughing Lion Towers over the past month and as a result this little blog has been neglected. I’ve just come back from two weeks in a sunny location without web access and although I initially had the shakes, after a few days I was contemplating never looking at the web or twitter again. It’s nice to be oblivious. However, I do have bills to pay and most of my work is online or comes from online sources so I have to be realistic, but I am cutting down. Seriously.
Before I went on holidays there was the usual rush to get things done in the teaching end of things, a little bit of design work to finish up and a pile of posts for Sitepoint. Earlier in the month I also had a nice trip to London including a trip to the design museum with a very cool illustration exhibition which I’ll write about in another post.
On the photography front, Phil organised a photowalk around the Liberties area of Dublin. That was a very enjoyable day and it was nice to meet up with Phil, Darren, Kate, Rory and Shauneen for a very relaxed walk and chat followed by a yummy lunch. Thanks to Phil for organising.

See more pics from the Liberties photowalk on pix.ie.
While I’m showing off my photographs (wake up!), I’ll also mention this picture of one of our bantam hens which got a Tweet Of The Day from pix.ie in October, which made my day.

I’d like to say thank you to everyone who has visited and commented on the blog and sent me emails. Believe it or not this blog receives over a thousand visitors a day which is really quite amazing. Thanks for visiting all of you!

Hi, nice to see your famous bantam here. If I had found it before I would not have left a message/question at pixie after coming back from New Zealand. That makes me look utterly silly now. Sorry!
