Bar Camp Cork on Saturday 1st November

On Saturday I’m jumping on the 7am train to Cork to attend Bar Camp. This is the second Bar Camp held in Cork and I’m looking forward to meeting people from the web world whose blogs and sites I’ve been a reader of but that I’ve never met in the flesh. There are some great talks planned and I’m particularly interested in Virtual Art, Expression Engine, Working with Clients, Sketchup tutorials and the round table talks on careers in New Media.

The conference is free to attend but you must register first.

  I’d love to attend one of these days – unfortunately I only get to the Cork area once every few years to visit my grandparents.
